After studying butterflies and their symmetrical balance...
On a 12 x12 inch sheet of white paper students will draw a symmetrical butterfly...as close as possible drawing free hand. The butterfly is drawn in pencil.
Then using a ruler of straight edge students will create a graph over the butterfly using a pencil.
