South Beach Diet

Day 2 - I survived the night! I dreamed about marshmellows. My husband thought he was going to have to take me to a sugar dedox center at about 1 am but I made it. Then this morning when we went to the store to get eggs and spinach there was a "new product"-chocolate covered marshmellows next to the check out counter! I thought I was going to black out!

I can do this, only one day and besides the sugar shakes I am already felling better and healthier.
