South Beach Diet day 6

Still trudging along! They had low fat pizza at school today so I scrapped off the cheese topping into my salad...yes everyone stared at me. I am so light headed from cola withdrawals that I painted a page in my Sketchbook Project upside down. I think I will leave it that way as a testament to my state of mind at the time.
