Session 2: 1pm-3pm Bookbinding/Journaling & Providing
Data to Show Performance Growth in Art
Data tracking to show student growth has become the new buzz word in
education. But how will we do that in art? In this session we will discuss ways of tracking your
students’ growth. We will also have several hands-on lessons on bookbinding and
journal keeping. All my students
from K-5 make and keep a journal. This has become a valuable tool for my
students, their parents and the principal to visually show artistic growth.

Fee: $1.00 cash or check made out to Cedar Point Elementary
