Today's Art Room Report...

Day 98
Took hubby on a road trip to Loudoun County, Virginia for the Farm Tour.
The farm tour (which includes wineries) happens 2 weekends a year in the Spring and the Fall.
Loudoun county is so beautiful and the 4th wealthiest county in Virginia. I would highly recommend  a driving tour and the farm tour.

There were lots of cyclests on the road so make sure you follow the 35 mph speed limit.

A civil war monument

Big Dog meeting a pig...he was not sure if it was friend or dinner?!?

and a goat

and a horse

and a donkey

the proverbial "Chicken with no head"...you now, running around!

We also stopped by the Farmers Market in The Plains, Virginia.

That is not something you see everyday.

Lunch...Salamanders Market in Middleburg, Virginia

Main Street Middleburg

Lunch is served
I seem to be taking a lot of photos of my food lately...what's up with that?

Big wanting my lunch!

I need to know the history behind the stone walls that are everywhere. Some are from the Civil War, both armies used them as shields and that Loudoun has more of them than other parts of the state likely do to the fact the ground is so rocky there. I think the rest are new and some type of status symbol.

It was an awesome day!
